Refund Policy
As our pet ID tags are personalised and custom made, it is very important that you enter and check your pet tag details correctly as we do not replace or refund pet tags if you have provided incorrect information.
Incorrect Information
If we have sent you the wrong tag or have printed information on your tag that is different to the information originally provided, you can contact us at contact@tyrionandtheon.com.au and we will gladly send you a replacement tag free of charge. We may ask you to return the item and/or provide photo evidence so that we can process a quick replacement or refund.
Changes of Mind
As our pet ID tags are personalised and made to order we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or returns if you change your mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification or return the item. We can then arrange for a replacement of the item at our cost or refund the item. Refunds, once approved, will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
