Shipping policy

We ship all Australian orders FREE with standard Australia Post (no tracking). On average same state (Victoria) standard Australia Post time is 2-5 business days (depending on origin and destination) and interstate standard time is 3-6 business days (depending on origin and destination). As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods. 

Please note this excludes any processing/handling times. If a product has processing/handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

We recommend ordering prior to December 9th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is posted out, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
